Failure to do so can result in a damaged subscriber unit.

Obtain instructions from the AES website link below.

You will need an empty USB flash drive, 1GB minimum.


We have a limited number of 7707 thumb drives available (limit of one per dealer), which can be acquired by contacting our Sales Team at Sales@SouthwestDispatch.com.

Once you have your software thumb drive prepared, follow the link below to watch the process of updating the AES communicator.
